We design and install fibreglass pools and spas. All work is quoted based on the scope provided and subject to a final site inspection.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted following site assessment.
• All pricing includes GST unless stated otherwise.
• Changes in access, soil conditions, or council requirements may affect final pricing.

Payment Terms

• Deposit and progress payments may apply depending on the project stage.
• Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur fees and delay further work or handover.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Some deposits may be non-refundable due to preparation costs.

Site Access & Delays

• It’s your responsibility to ensure access for installation, including driveway clearance and service maps.
• Delays due to weather, supplier issues, or site access will be communicated and managed professionally.

Liability

We are fully insured. We take care during all works, but are not responsible for damage to pre-existing structures or underground services unless due to proven negligence.
